Malco TSCM Corrugated Metal Turbo Shear

The telescoping drill clamp, designed for both small and large drills and impact drivers, including the newer lithium-ion models, has recently undergone a redesign. This update allows the tool to rotate 360 degrees and lock into position, ensuring precise control. Additionally, the adjustment wrench now comes with the tool, preventing any risk of loss.

The hex shank drive shaft attaches directly to the chuck of any drill or impact driver, enabling the TSCM (Telescoping Shear Cutting Machine) to perform a variety of tasks. This versatile tool can make fast cross-cuts, lengthwise trim cuts, and create circular or square outlet holes in large or small corrugated patterns, as well as other non-standing-seam panels, including trapezoidal (box) profiles.

The elongated offset blades with compact jaws allow the drill handle or battery pack to clear the roofing panel surface as the TSCM head follows the rising angle of corrugations and other angled profiles. This design feature ensures maximum maneuverability and ease of use.

The shear head, made of sleek, lightweight aluminum-cast, and the compact molded polymer drill clamp, contribute to the tool's portability and ease of use, making it convenient to take wherever the work is required. The shear can operate at high or low speeds, providing the user with the necessary control to follow a precise cut line.

The hardened carbon steel blades of the TSCM offer a long service life, capable of cutting through 30 to 24-gauge (0.31 - 0.61 mm) roofing panel metal with ease. A lateral blade adjustment capability ensures that optimum cutting performance and maneuverability can be maintained for the life of the blades.

The TSCM is designed to make easy cross-cuts in corrugated metal roofing, fitting both cordless and corded drills. Its lightweight and compact telescoping drill clamp design contribute to its overall convenience and portability. The easily replaceable blades ensure long-lasting performance, allowing users to effortlessly cut through corrugated mild steel.
